Vādma is a gentle, natural, grounded gateway to resetting your nervous system, and to the endless possibilities that follow. Where conventional medicine, breathwork, and years of somatic practice have fallen short, a single session can do what none of them could.

The Modality
Vādma is not a wellness trend. It is a precise, touch-based protocol, synthesising ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary polyvagal neuroscience, designed to access the body's deepest regulatory mechanisms directly.
Where conventional somatic approaches work indirectly over time, Vādma targets the polyvagal gateway at its source. Recipients frequently experience physiological releases, brainwave shifts, and states of profound embodied peace that would otherwise require years of practice, or remain entirely out of reach.
It requires no substances, no breathwork, no active effort from the recipient. The body comprehends what the mind has long sought to arrange.
Dr Jen describes it as "a mystical and spiritual practice grounded in physiological principles", and that tension is precisely the point. The experience is more than its mechanism. But the mechanism is real, reproducible, and measurable. Both things are true simultaneously.
Unlike cathartic experiences that resist replication, Vādma produces consistent physiological responses across individuals, making it one of the few somatic modalities that can be rigorously evaluated.
The nervous system reset occurs within a single appointment. Recipients comprehend the shift in real time, a before and an after, clearly and unmistakably felt.
Vādma has been kept from widespread dissemination deliberately. The modality holds the potential for profound benefit and for harm in equal measure, demanding the calibration of a disciplined practitioner.
A Medical Doctor's Perspective
Nearly 30 years inside medicine gave Dr Jen Draper a precise view of its purpose, and its limits. She recognised that for all its sophistication, the system was keeping people in what she calls "a revolving door of dependency." They were not getting to the root cause. "I saw through it," she says. "It was like the veil was lifted."
In 2024, she stepped away, deliberately, not reluctantly, and went searching for what could actually do what medicine had promised. Vādma is what she found. "It is safe, it is quick, it is natural, and you can let your body guide the experience."
What Recipients Report
Unfiltered accounts from people who received a Vādma session. The language clusters, not by coaching, but because the experience itself is consistent.
"It felt like Bufo, without any substance. A complete dissolution of the noise I've carried for years."Lorena · Session recipient
"Magic bliss is the only description that comes close. I was present and gone simultaneously."Session recipient
"I didn't expect this. I went in a sceptic. I left somewhere I hadn't been in twenty years."Session recipient
"Profound is the word, not because I'm reaching for it, but because nothing smaller fits what happened."Session recipient
"It felt real and true and right from the first moment of contact. As if the body had been waiting to remember this."Session recipient
"I had doubts. The doubts dissolved before I did. The nervous system doesn't negotiate, it simply shifts."Session recipient
The Mechanism
The vagus nerve, the body's principal parasympathetic conduit, governs the transition between states of threat and safety. Polyvagal theory, developed by Dr Stephen Porges, maps these states with precision. Vādma works at this gateway directly.
Where breathwork and meditation work upstream, nudging the system through effort and repetition, Vādma works downstream: stimulating the polyvagal pathway at the anatomical point of highest receptivity. The shift is not metaphorical. It is physiological, observable, and measurable.
As Bessel van der Kolk established, the body keeps the score. Old patterns are stored not in thought, but in tissue, in subconscious reflex, in the nervous system itself. Vādma addresses the score directly.
Precise touch at the correct anatomical threshold initiates a cascade that bypasses the cognitive mind entirely. The nervous system comprehends the signal before the individual does.
The body moves from sympathetic arousal or dorsal collapse into ventral vagal coherence, the neurological substrate of genuine safety, connection, and regulation.
Muscle tone, fascia, and stored somatic patterning release in response. Recipients frequently experience involuntary movement, tears, laughter, or profound stillness.
Unlike peak states that dissipate, the Vādma shift establishes a new regulatory baseline, creating the conditions for deeper healing work to take root.

Dr Jen Draper spent nearly 30 years as a General Practitioner, a self-described "asleep, dutiful little bunny" doing everything the system asked. Then she woke up. She recognised that she was keeping people in what she now calls a revolving door of dependency: her patients told her she was helping them, but she could see they were never reaching the root cause. "That wasn't my fault," she says. "That was the purpose of the system I was trained within, and I saw through it."
In 2024, she stepped away from medicine. She had already walked deep into integrative practice, kinesiology, naturopathic technique, functional gastroenterology, but none of it broke the cycle. Vādma did. As a form of bodywork grounded in physiological principles, it gave her, and now gives her clients, the kind of reset that three decades of conventional care could not.
She is the author of Unpatient, the creator of The Insourcing Method™, and among the first 30 people formally trained in Vādma worldwide. Her sessions draw on the precision of clinical medicine and the depth of a practitioner who comprehends the body not as a problem to solve, but as a system with its own wisdom.
