Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites, services, programs, sessions and resources provided by Dr Jenny Draper Pty Ltd (ACN 086 221 101), trading as Well Being Holistic ("WBH", "we", "our" or "us"). By using our websites, downloading a resource, expressing interest or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Nature of our services

WBH provides private coaching and education for established women physicians through The Insourcing Method™, including 6 Weeks to Clarity™ Physician Edition, and non-clinical career navigation for overseas-trained physicians through the Australian Medical Pathway™. Our work may include Neuro Transformation Therapy™ (NTT™), timeline-based processes and other coaching modalities, including MAP coaching approaches in which Dr Jen is currently undertaking training with the MAP Coaching Institute. We may also deliver masterclasses, lectures, workshops and presentations, online or in person. These are educational and coaching services only, and none of them constitutes medical advice.

If you need urgent support, please do not wait for a session. In an emergency, call 000. Doctors can also contact their state or territory Doctors' Health Advisory Service, or DRS4DRS, for confidential support.

The Australian Medical Pathway™ is a non-clinical career navigation and advocacy service. We cannot guarantee registration, Medicare eligibility, a visa or employment. External costs, such as AHPRA, AMC, college, examination, migration advice and document verification fees, are not included and remain your own.

Who our services are for

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. 6 Weeks to Clarity™ is designed for established women physicians who are post-specialisation and still practising. It is not suitable for anyone in acute mental health crisis, and we may recommend other support where that would serve you better.

Every expression of interest and Sustainability Assessment is reviewed personally. We may decline or defer an engagement where we do not believe the work is the right fit, or the right timing, for you.

Your client agreement

When you join a paid program, you will be asked to sign a client coaching agreement setting out the specific scope, inclusions, schedule, investment and guarantee terms for that program. If anything in that agreement differs from these Terms, the client agreement takes priority.

Our services and offerings may change from time to time. The scope of the service you purchase will always be clearly stated at the time you purchase it.

Bookings and payment

All sessions are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Australian dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking or enrolment, unless a payment plan has been agreed.

• 6 Weeks to Clarity™ Physician Edition: AUD $4,000 paid in full, or 4 monthly payments of AUD $1,000.
• Australian Medical Pathway™: AUD $2,000 paid in full, or 2 payments of AUD $1,000.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. If a payment is missed, we may pause your program until the account is brought up to date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.

Rescheduling

We know clinical life is unpredictable. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Where less notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate you, and we will always treat genuine emergencies with compassion.

Our guarantee and refunds

6 Weeks to Clarity™ guarantee. If, by the end of six weeks, you have not identified the primary pattern behind the recurring response you came to change, and put one agreed change into practice, we will refund your program investment in full. The full conditions are set out in your client coaching agreement.

For other services, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at our discretion, including on compassionate grounds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Free resources and downloads

Free resources, such as the Total Risk Architecture eBook, and digital workbooks are delivered digitally, by download link or email. No physical goods are shipped. All resources are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be shared, resold or reproduced without our written permission.

Your commitment

This work is collaborative. As a client, you agree to attend your sessions, engage honestly, complete the agreed actions between sessions where you are able, respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship, and take responsibility for your own decisions and progress.

Confidentiality

Everything you share in sessions is kept confidential. Sessions are transcribed using Zoom's AI transcription tools to support your work, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will only disclose information without your consent where required or authorised by law, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent a serious threat to your life, health or safety, or that of another individual.

Testimonials

We only publish a testimonial or case study with your express written consent. It is de-identified unless you agree to be named, and you can withdraw your consent for future use at any time.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers to deliver our services, including HighLevel (CRM, forms, bookings and email), Stripe and PayPal (payments) and Zoom (online sessions and transcription). Your use of our services remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

Financial information. The optional Total Risk Architecture consultation in Week 6 is provided by Jeffrey Liu of Hippo Wealth, independently of WBH. WBH does not provide financial advice. We share your details with Hippo Wealth only with your express consent, and any financial service you receive from Hippo Wealth is governed by its own terms.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, frameworks and resources provided by WBH remain the intellectual property of Dr Jen Draper and Well Being Holistic, and may not be reproduced, adapted or distributed without written permission. This includes The Insourcing Method™, The Unpatient™ Way, Doctor Sustainability™, 6 Weeks to Clarity™ and the Australian Medical Pathway™.

Website content and liability

Content on our websites and social channels is educational and general in nature. It is not tailored advice for your circumstances and is not intended to replace medical, legal or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by law, WBH is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our websites, resources or services. You remain responsible for the decisions you make, including any decisions about your health, career and finances.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or our services, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. If it cannot be resolved that way, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to settle the dispute through mediation before starting any other proceedings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, acknowledging the principles of Common Law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top. Changes do not affect a client agreement you have already signed.
