4. Booking and Payment

All appointments are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5. Lead Magnets & Digital Downloads

Free Human Design™ chart results are shown on the webpage and not emailed; if you purchase a paid report, a download link or instructions are provided on the confirmation page and we may send a transactional email to fulfil your order; digital materials are for personal, non-commercial use.

6 Digital Delivery; No Shipping

Reports and resources are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

7. Client Commitment

As a client, you agree to show up fully to your sessions, respect the boundaries of the coaching relationship, and take responsibility for your progress.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion under compassionate grounds.

9. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, unless required by law.

10. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers—including BodyGraphChart.com (chart generation), Go High Level (CRM/email), and Stripe/PayPal (payments)—to deliver services; your use of our site remains subject to our Privacy Policy.

All content provided remains the intellectual property of Well Being Holistic and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, the parties agree to first try in good faith to settle the dispute through mediation as per https://www.peacemakerequity.com/clauses.
